Together but separate
This option books Avocet and Bella Rosa, two of the three private units in our 1840 home. Each has its own entrance and kitchen, so your group gets one location with real privacy. Everyone shares the large yard, fire pit with wood provided, and off-street parking.
The units
Avocet has a queen bedroom, a private twin daybed room and a copper soaking tub. Bella Rosa has a queen canopy bed and a queen air mattress in the living room. Bella Rosa is pet friendly; Avocet is pet free.
Good to know
Avocet has an 1800s spiral staircase with a narrow 5'9" entry. Original insulation means a house sweater is a good idea in winter. Need even more room? We also own Union Street Carriage Quarters next door, with room for 12 across both houses.
The neighborhood
Snallygaster's Cafe, Kelley Farm Kitchen and The Barn's live music are steps away. Lower Town, Harpers Ferry National Historical Park, the Appalachian Trail and the C&O Canal Towpath are all within walking distance, and the Amtrak/MARC station is an easy walk, so you can visit without a car.
